THE  HUMAN  SANCTUARY  AND  TEMPLE  OF  GOD,  part 7  quotes

1)     The Emotion of Love Dealing With the Lack of Proper Government in All Religious Matters

In regards to the form of government dealing with all religious matters that God would have implemented in any marriage, the Scriptures declare:
“...the head of Christ is God.”  1 Corinthians 11:3.

“And (God the Father) hath put all things under his (Jesus’) feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all....Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.  Therefore...the church is subject unto Christ”. Ephesians 1:22-23, 5:23-24.

“And he (Jesus) is before all things, and by him all things consist.  And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence....And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power”. Colossians 1:17-18, 2:10.

These Scriptures reveal that there is a chain of authority within the form of government dealing with all religious matters in any marriage.  At the top of this governmental chain of authority is God the Father, who is the Head of Jesus Christ.  Next in this chain of authority is Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the church.  And at the last end of this chain is the church itself.  But now who makes up this church and the body of Christ?
“And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.” Ezekiel 34:31.

“...before the house of God, there assembled unto him out of Israel a very great congregation of men and women and children”. Ezra 10:1.

“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:26.

The flock or church and body of Christ is composed of men, women and children – everyone who has chosen to serve God and Christ by faith.  The Head of every man, woman and child, which they are always to obey in every religious issue – no matter what relationship they may have with any other human being, is Jesus Christ, and ultimately God the Father.

No human being has any right to assume religious authority over any other human being, irregardless of age or relationship or church position, and then command them to do something that goes counter to the command and will of Jesus Christ and the Almighty!  And this includes within any marriage.
“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all they soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.” Matthew 22:37-38.

“...Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” Matthew 4:10.

No husband or wife has any right to demand obedience of their spouse or child in religious situations when their command conflicts or counters the command and will of God and Christ!  And no other human being, irregardless of age or relationship or authority, has any right either to demand obedience of any other human being in any religious situation when their command conflicts or counters the command and will of God and Christ!  So even children can disobey the authority and direct command of their parents if these commands conflict with the commands of God and Christ!
“For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.  There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.  And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Galatians 3:26-29.

In Jesus Christ there is no distinction between one human being versus another, irregardless of whether they are male or female, or whether they are husband and wife, or whether they are adults, youth or children!  All men, women and children are the property of Christ and thus are on an equal basis of importance in Him.
“...God is no respecter of persons”. Acts 10:34.

“For there is no respect of persons with God.”  Romans 2:11.

“...your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.” Ephesians 6:9.

Since both God and Christ do not make exceptions in regards to the gender or age of their followers, then neither should any of the children of God make exceptions either in religious matters dealing with their faith and their conscience!
“My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons....If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.” James 2:1, 8-9.

As both God and Jesus Christ are infinitely greater in religious authority than any human being, then what should you do if you find yourself being commanded to do anything that goes counter to God’s express will?
“Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye....(for) we ought to obey God rather then men.” Acts 4:19, 5:29.

“Beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake...Fear them not therefore...Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 10:17-18, 26, 32-33.

What does God tell you to do if your husband, or wife, or parents, or any other person tells you to do something you know is against the will and commands of God?  You are to politely, but firmly refuse to obey them.  So then irregardless of whether they are the president, or dictator, or any other governmental leader; irregardless of whether they are a judge, or police, or other judicial or enforcement official; irregardless of whether they are the pope, priest, pastor, elder, teacher, or other religious leader; and irregardless of whether they are your husband, wife, earthly father or mother, or any other relative or friend: you are to obey God and Christ first and foremost in any religious issue rather than going against your faith and conscience by obeying any human being.
“Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.” Jeremiah 17:5.

“Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 10:32-33.

In all religious matters, the chain of authority in the government which God desires all of His followers to implement and submit to in your marriage, is that the Head of Christ is God, and Christ is the Head of every man, woman and child composing His church and body.
Since Jesus Christ is to obey God, and every man, woman and child is to obey Christ, then this reveals that this form of government and organization in all religious areas is absolutely perfect, because the Almighty is in control and ruling over all remaining underneath Him!  And what allows each person in this perfect organizational chain of government to remain in their proper places?  True unselfish love!  It is only when any we choose to rebel against following this perfect form of government and organization in our religious life and break away from this perfect chain of command by allowing self to reign supreme in us, that all kinds of problems then arise.  All these problems arising from self being loved and exalted in us then work towards destroying the harmony and peace in our marriage, as well as in our church groups.

By choosing to follow God’s will by submitting yourself to live under this form of Godly government in all religious matters, you would be expressing and manifesting the true self-denying and self-sacrificing type of this emotion of love, affection and passion in your marriage and church group.  This shows that you are cleansing yourself from the wrong Satanic kind of this emotion, and thus revealing that God is truly dwelling in you and not Lucifer.  But if you knowingly choose not to follow and submit yourself to live under this Godly form of government in all religious matters, but to obey others instead of God, then you would be expressing and manifesting the false self-pleasing and selfish type of this emotion of love, affection and passion in your marriage and church group.  This shows that you are making yourself more filthy, and thus reveal that Lucifer is truly dwelling in you and not God.

2)    The Emotion of Love Dealing With the Lack of Proper Government In All Non-Religious Matters

What form of Godly government dealing with all non-religious matters would God have implemented in your marriage?  The Scriptures plainly declares:
“But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.” 1 Corinthians 11:3.

If there are children in the marriage, the Scriptures declares:
“Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.”  Colossians 3:20.

These Scriptures clearly reveal that there is also a chain of authority within the form of government dealing with all non-religious matters that is to be implemented in your marriage.  At the top of this governmental chain of authority is God the Father, who is the Head of Jesus Christ.  Next in this chain of authority is Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the husband.  Then next in this chain of authority is the husband, who is the head of the wife.  And then next in this chain of authority is both the husband and the wife who are the head of their children.

But why, in all non-religious matters in any marriage, is Christ the head of every man, but not the head of every woman?
“...forasmuch as he (the man) is the image and glory of God: but the woman is of the man.  For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.  Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.” 1 Corinthians 11:7-9.

This is speaking of the creation of man and woman in the garden of Eden.  Adam was created first, and then the woman was created out of Adam and for Adam.  As Jesus was before all things and thus has the pre-eminence in authority over all later creations, so since Adam was created first before the woman, then man has the pre-eminence in authority over the woman in any marriage.
This pre-eminent authority was made very plain by God to Eve just after sin had entered into the world:
“Unto the woman he said...thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.” Genesis 3:16.

The Hebrew word for “rule” used here is “mashal”, which translates and means “to rule, to have dominion, governor, reign, have power” (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, word #4910).  God’s stated form of government that He would have established in any marriage is that the husband is to have the power of dominion as a governor to reign, and that he is to bear rule over the wife as her head in all non-religious matters.
“But I suffer not a woman to...usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.  For Adam was first formed, then Eve.  And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.” 1 Timothy 2:12-14.

Does this fact give any man the right to mistreat any woman in any area?  Not at all!
“Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.  For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God.” 1 Corinthians 11:11-12.

All men, since Adam, are by necessity born through the woman.  In this instance both men and women stand on an equality with each other because they both need each other in order to have life.  Thus God in His wisdom has seen to it that there is no basis in truth for any man to mistreat any woman in any area, especially and including in marriage.  And God in His wisdom has also seen to it that there is no basis in truth for any woman to mistreat any man in any area, especially and including in marriage.  In fact, depending on how a man treats his mother will be a good indication of how he will treat his wife if married, and visa-versa: how a woman treats her father will also be a good indication of how she will treat her husband if married.

With this gender equality in regards to life and existence, there is no Godly right or granted authority for any man to mistreat any woman – especially his wife.
“Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them.” Colossians 3:19.

“Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence”. 1 Corinthians 7:3.

“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;  That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.  So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies.  He that loveth his wife loveth himself.  For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church...Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself.” Ephesians 5:25-29, 33.

These verses plainly show that the husband is to love his wife as much as he loves himself, and that he is not to allow himself to become bitter against her and thus allow his love for her to lessen.  But he is to render unto his wife due benevolence, or true, kind and tender-hearted love, and this love for his wife is to be like the full love that Christ has for His followers.  The husband is to lovingly nourish, honor and cherish his wife, and do everything he can to build her up and not tear her down, so that she may become pure, spotless and without blemish to him, to herself, and to God.

If the husband does mistreat his wife in any area, then God will not hear his prayers!
“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.” 1 Peter 3:7.

3)   This gender equality in regards to life and existence, also shows that there is no Godly right or granted authority for any woman to mistreat any man – especially their husbands.
“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.” Colossians 3:18.

“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.  For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the Saviour of the body.  Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing....let every...wife see that she reverence her husband.” Ephesians 5:22-24, 33.

“Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.  Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.  For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well”. 1 Peter 3:1-6.

These verses plainly show that all wives should submit themselves to be in subjection under the authority of their husbands, just as the church is in subjection under the authority of Christ.  If any wife refuses to do so, then she would be going against God’s stated will.  Instead of rebelling against the rule of your husbands, let all wives cultivate a meek and quiet spirit.  In this way, instead of tearing down your husband in order to exalt yourself over him contrary to God’s will, you would show that you are reverencing your husband in the position of authority which the Lord gave him over you, and would thus also show that you are trusting in God’s wisdom in this matter and not your own.

These Biblical instructions clearly reveal that there is no justification whatsoever for any woman to mistreat or take advantage of her husband in the least degree in any area!  If the wife chooses not to follow this form of Godly government and organization in her marriage, but seeks to reverse the chain of authority by ruling over her husband, then she is actually turning her back on God and His word and committing blasphemy!
“...the young women (need) to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.” Titus 2:4-5.

Since the wife is to obey her husband in all non-religious areas, then does this mean that she is to be a silent partner without any say in any of the decisions which are to be made in the marriage and family?  Not at all!
The husband and wife are united together as one flesh through marriage.  They are bound to each other as equals, and thus each are to be free to express their opinions on any issue.  Both husband and wife should do their best to try and see eye to eye on any issue so that there may be peace, harmony and unity between them and in the family.  But when there is a disagreement between them on any non-religious issue, and ample time has been given for both to try and see the other’s viewpoint and yet no agreement can be obtained, then the Bible allows the final decision to be left with the husband, and his judgment is to rule over his wife’s judgment.  It will not detract from the dignity of the wife to yield her position on the matter and go along with the judgement of her husband, but instead will show that she humbly recognizes his authority in the marriage, and she is also showing her submission to follow the Lord’s will.  But let the husband understand that if he does overrule his wife’s judgment, and if the decision he then made and led his family to follow turns out to be the wrong decision, then any and all consequences squarely fall and rest upon him!

4)    Why, in all non-religious matters, is the head of any children their father and mother and not Christ?
“Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” Exodus 20:12.

“Children obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.  Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise; That it may be will with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.” Ephesians 6:1-3.

“My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.” Proverbs 1:8-9.

“A wise son heareth his father's instruction: but a scorner heareth not rebuke.” Proverbs 13:1.

These verses show that for the children to honor, respect and obey their father and mother, and learning lessons of wisdom from their much greater experience, then this is well pleasing unto God, and He will bless these children with a long life upon the land which He will give them.  And what land is this?  The new earth.  And how long will their days be?  Eternity, and never ending.

In rendering loving and submissive obedience to the instructions of both their parents, children are learning the vitally important lesson of also loving and submissively obeying their heavenly Father!  It is absolutely necessary for parents to understand that if they do not teach their children submissive obedience, then they are leading them directly towards destruction.  If children do not learn to love and obey their parents, then there is little chance that they will learn to love and obey God, and thus they will be rewarded with death instead of eternal life!
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness,...proud,...disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection,...Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” Romans 1:28-32.

If children learn to love and obey their parents, then they will also learn to love and obey God, and thus will be rewarded with eternal life instead of death!
“Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Because ye have obeyed the commandment of Jonadab your father, and kept all his precepts, and done according unto all that he hath commanded you: Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not want a man to stand before me for ever.” Jeremiah 35:18-19.

5)    In all non-religious matters, the chain of authority in the government which God desires all of His followers to implement and submit to in your marriage, is that the Head of Christ is God, Christ is the Head of every husband, the husband is the head of his wife, and the husband and wife are the head of every child of theirs.  Since the husband is under the authority of Christ, then he will not be mistreating his wife in any area because Christ has given no example or permission for him to do so.  And since the wife is under the authority of her husband, then she should not be mistreating him in any area either.

Since Jesus Christ is to obey God, and every husband is to obey Christ, and every wife is to obey her husband, and every child is to obey their parents, then this reveals this form of government and organization in all non-religious areas to be absolutely perfect, because the Almighty is in control and ruling over all remaining underneath Him!  And what allows each link in this perfect organizational chain of government to remain in their proper places?  True unselfish love!  It is only when we choose to rebel against following this perfect form of government and organization in our marriage and break away from this perfect chain of command by allowing self to reign supreme in us, that all kinds of problems will then arise.  All these problems arising from self being loved and exalted in us will then work to destroy the harmony and peace in our marriage, and then what will be the result?
“He that troubleth his own house shall inherit the wind”. Proverbs 11:29.

By choosing to follow God’s will and submitting yourself to live under this form of Godly government in all non-religious matters, then you would be expressing and manifesting the true self-denying and self-sacrificing type of this emotion of love, affection and passion in your marriage.  This would show that you are cleansing yourself from the wrong Satanic kind of this emotion, and thus revealing that God is truly dwelling in you and not Lucifer.  But if you knowingly choose not to follow and submit yourself to live under this Godly form of government in all non-religious matters, but to obey your own selfish will instead of God, then you would be expressing and manifesting the false self-pleasing and selfish type of this emotion of love, affection and passion in your marriage.  This would show that you are making yourself more filthy, and thus reveal that Lucifer is truly dwelling in you and not God.
