Dear brothers and sisters,

As we discovered in our last Newsletter, the SDA church is indeed in union with, and a part of, the WCC, NCC, and the whole Ecumenical Movement. Hence the SDA church is part of an unholy alliance with Romanism and apostate Protestantism--and thus in union with Babylon the Great!

But God would have His church and people completely separate and distinct from all the churches of Babylon, that they might be a peculiar people unto Him as well as His special treasure in this world of wickedness.

"And ye shall be holy unto Me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be Mine." Leviticus 20:26.

"Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people..." Exodus 19:5 (see also Deuteronomy 7:6 & 26:18-19; 1 Peter 2:9).

"God has chosen a people who are to proclaim the third angel's message to the world. They are to be a separate and peculiar people in this world of churches who are transgressing His commandments." Review and Herald, June 21, 1898 (vol 3, p 584).

What has the SDA church done with God's will that they should be a separate, peculiar, special treasure unto Himself and to no one else? They have rejected God's will, and have united themselves with the other churches. They have refused to be a special and holy people unto God, and have chosen instead to cooperate and work with Lucifer and his evil agencies to further his satanic goals! They have spurned God's immense love and mercy showered upon them, and have instead become a treasure of the kingdom of Babylon. How can the SDA church and people really believe that they can do God's work, spread His three angel's messages, fear, obey, and honor only Him, and give Him the praise and glory due His holy name, by giving up their peculiarity and holiness and uniting with the evil agencies and wicked organizations doing the bidding of Lucifer? What blindness!

As the SDA church and people have placed their dependence upon, and are united and in harmony with, Roman Catholicism, apostate Protestantism, the NCC, the WCC, and the Ecumenical family, how can they be God's peculiar and separate people any longer? How can they be separate and peculiar when they are in union and allied with God's avowed Babylonian enemies? Hence, the SDA church and people are no longer God's peculiar church and people!

History tells them the same thing; that a once favored church and people can no longer remain God's chosen if they unite themselves with God's enemies!

"The alliances made by the Israelites with their heathen neighbors resulted in the loss of their identity as God's peculiar people. They became leavened by the evil practices of those with whom they formed forbidden alliances....

"The experience of Israel will be the experience of all who go to the world for strength, turning away from the living God. Those who forsake the mighty One, the source of all strength, and affiliate with worldlings, placing on them their dependence, become weak in moral power, as are those in whom they trust....

"No semblance of nearness to God, no assertion of connection with Him, will be accepted from those who persist in dishonoring Him by leaning upon the arm of worldly power." Review and Herald, August 4, 1904 (vol 5, p 63).

"The Jewish nation were in captivity, scattered as the Lord declared they would be if they did not as His peculiar people honor and glorify God. They departed from God; they did not fear and honor His holy name, and the Temple in which they gloried was destroyed." Manuscript Releases, vol 7, p 334 (Manuscript 122, March 10, 1897).

By the SDA church allying herself in a three-fold alliance with Rome and apostate Protestantism--including the NCC/WCC and spiritualistic Ecumenical Movement, she has not only put aside and rejected the command of God to be peculiar from all the rest of the churches, but she has also rejected Someone else. She has rejected the precious Saviour Jesus Christ!

Christ spent 18 centuries preparing for the SDA church to come into existence, making sure all was ready. Unceasingly He worked for His church, opening the eyes of His people to the precious truths which would polarize the world and prepare the way for His second coming and the end of sin. Constantly He called His separated, peculiar, special, and treasured people to reflect His image and thus to vindicate God's character to the whole universe, proving Satan's accusations false. And then to have His chosen people and church spurn His immense love, turn their backs and faces from Him, give up their peculiarity, and unite themselves with Satan as his harlotrous Babylonian bride and church: HOW MUST THIS MAKE CHRIST FEEL?

How many tears has Jesus shed over this? How much pain has He felt? How much more agony must He endure? What must He be thinking to see His professed people asleep believing that all is right with their SDA church, when all is terribly wrong? Oh, may our people awaken and see more fully what Christ is going through because a once-chosen people and church have rejected Him, given up their peculiarity, united in harlotry with His avowed enemy, and are working directly against Him with all the power and subtlety of the Devil!

Since the SDA church has done all these things, it is no longer God's chosen, peculiar, and true church anymore! It cannot be anything but a counterfeit of God's true church! And since it is not God's chosen and peculiar church anymore, then whose church is it? Satan's! And what is another name listed in the Bible for Satan's church? Babylon!

The SDA church is in union with, and closely images, the harlot mother--Roman Catholic church--which is Babylon. The SDA church is united with the harlot daughter Protestant churches, the NCC, and the WCC--which are Babylon. And she is so closely and ecumenically united with these fallen Babylon Protestant churches that she is like a sister to them. Thus she is a sister to fallen Babylon!

In fact, Sister White warned the SDA church of this very possibility.

"We are in danger of becoming a sister to fallen Babylon, of allowing our churches to become corrupted, and filled with every foul spirit, a cage for every unclean and hateful bird." Manuscript Releases, vol 21, p 380 (Letter 51, September 6, 1886).

Now if the SDA church has become a sister to fallen Babylon, or a sister to the apostate Protestant churches, then who is her mother? Rome! Or the one "old in adulteries" (see Ezekiel 23:43-44). And God warned His SDA people of this also!

"Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use this proverb against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter. Thou art thy mother's daughter, that loatheth her husband and her children; and thou art the sister of thy sisters, which loathed their husbands and their children." Ezekiel 16:44-45.

As Rome is Babylon, and Protestantism is Babylon, then the SDA church must also be Babylon! The SDA church is in ecumenical union with all the Babylonian churches, so how could she be anything but Babylon!

Now there are many Adventists who argue against the possibility of their SDA church being Babylon. They say: "The SDA church can never be Babylon, no matter if she is in harlotry with the Devil and his followers, and no matter if she is ecumenically united with Rome, Protestantism, the NCC, the WCC, and the whole world; because the SDA church can never be Babylon."

Although there are no promises of God given without the condition of obedience (see Faith and Works, p 47; Evangelism, p 695; Selected Messages, book 1, p 67; Prophets and Kings, p 293), and despite the fact that Ellen White wrote that the SDA church could be converted into Babylon if they would not fulfill God's will and would unite with the world (see Testimonies to Ministers, p 265; Selected Messages, book 2, p 68; Testimonies, vol 8, p 250), there are some who will not concede. But this next point should settle this Babylon question forever.

What if the SDA church declared herself to be Babylon, and told all her members to separate from her? If that should occur, who could argue otherwise? Surely no one could then deny that the SDA church was Babylon!

Did you know that the SDA church has, in essence, declared herself to be part of Babylon the Great, and told all her members to separate from her! Please read closely to what the SDA church herself has stated:

"The capstone of the ecumenical effort came with the creation of the World Council of Churches....

"On the basis of Bible prophecy and the writings of Ellen G. White, SDA's anticipate the eventual success of the ecumenical movement both in eliminating the divisions of Protestantism and in reuniting Christendom by bridging the gulf that separates non-Catholic communions from Rome. The ecumenical movement will then become a concerted effort to unite the world and to secure universal peace and security by enlisting the power of the civil government in a universal religio-political crusade to eliminate all dissent. SDA's envision this crusade as the great apostasy to which John the revelator refers as `Babylon the great.' They understand, also, that God's last message of mercy to the world prior to the return of Christ in power and glory will consist of a warning against this great apostate movement, and a call to all who choose to remain loyal to Him to leave the churches connected with it." SDA Encyclopedia (1976 edition), vol 10 of the Bible Commentary Reference Series, p 410-411 (1966 edition, p 362-63).

What did the SDA church just state to all her membership? That any church connected with the Ecumenical Movement and united with the WCC becomes part of Babylon the Great, and all who choose to serve God and remain loyal to Him must separate themselves from that church.

The SDA church has definitely joined the Ecumenical Movement, and is indeed united and connected with the WCC. So the SDA church has declared herself to be part of Babylon the Great, and told all her members to separate themselves from her in order to remain loyal to God!

Not only have we seen that the SDA church and leadership have been lying to and deceiving their people for some time--being proven by the documented facts. Not only have we found that the SDA church has indeed formed a three-fold alliance with Rome and apostate Protestantism, but we find them also united with the WCC, the NCC, and the spiritualistic Ecumenical Movement. Not only is the SDA church in agreement with, and is working as a partner with, these Babylonian groups, but they are even giving monetary support for the furtherance of the goal of a One World Church, a New World Order, and the killing of those innocent people who will not go along with these Luciferian plans. Not only have we found that the SDA church is part of Babylon the Great, but we have discovered that the SDA church herself agrees with this, and urges all her members to separate from her! But even if the SDA church did not agree with all this, the documented facts prove the above to be true! And what does God want His true people to do regarding their connection and membership in any church which is in union with Babylon the Great?

"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." Revelation 18:4-5.

This last message of mercy reveals to every member of every church that is connected with Babylon the Great (being Rome, apostate Protestantism, Seventh-day Adventism, the NCC/WCC, the Ecumenical Movement, and all other spiritualistic religions), that if they remain as members they will be a partaker of her sins, and will receive the plagues. And the only pathway God has prepared for His people to walk to avoid being held guilty of Babylon's sins and being destroyed along with their apostate church, is to separate their connection and membership completely from that church, and instead to become connected with Jesus Christ and become a partaker of His grace and righteousness--thus having the assurance of eternal life.

If you remain members of any church--including the SDA church--which has given up its peculiarity to God and has become corrupted by being connected with the WCC and Babylon the Great, then you yourself have lost your peculiarity of being one of God's children because of your connection to the WCC and Babylon the Great through your membership in the church! Thus how could you ever receive the seal of God and make it to heaven? It would be impossible, because you are considered a partaker and sharer in all the sins of your corrupt church, and are no longer peculiar to God!

"It is impossible for you to unite with those who are corrupt, and still remain pure. `What fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? and what concord hath Christ with Belial?' God and Christ and the heavenly host would have man know that if he unites with the corrupt, he will become corrupt." SDA Bible Commentary, vol 6, p 1102.

"Those who will be heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ to the immortal inheritance, will be peculiar. Yes, so peculiar that God places a mark upon them as His, wholly His. Think ye that God will receive, honor, and acknowledge a people so mixed up with the world that they differ from them only in name?...It is soon to be known who is on the Lord's side, who will not be ashamed of Jesus." Testimonies, vol 1, p 287.

There is no way that any member of any church--including the SDA church--which is connected with the WCC and Babylon the Great, or with any other satanic religion and organization, can receive the seal of God until after they break all union with their corrupt church, and show themselves to be peculiar to God--separate from sin and sinners. And if they refuse to separate, and choose to remain on the side of Babylon, then they show that they are ashamed of Jesus because they will not obey His voice to separate and be distinct and peculiar--standing on the Lord's side! Thus they will be destroyed, along with their apostate church.

"The angel is to place a mark upon the forehead of all who are separated from sin and sinners, and the destroying angel will follow, to slay utterly both old and young." Testimonies, vol 5, p 505.

Thus the only way to regain your peculiarity and again become part of God's chosen people, is to separate yourself completely from all churches which are part of, and in union with, Babylon the Great--being Roman Catholicism, apostate Protestantism, Seventh-day Adventism, the WCC/NCC, the Ecumenical Movement, and all the other spiritualistic religions. And until you follow this straight and narrow pathway of separation, you are not one of God's followers or one of His children!

"The alliances made by the Israelites with their heathen neighbors resulted in the loss of their identity as God's peculiar people....

"To-day God's word to His people is: `Come out from among them, and be ye separate, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters.' `Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.'

"God's people are to be distinguished as a people who serve Him fully, whole-heartedly, taking no honor to themselves, and remembering that by a most solemn covenant they have bound themselves to serve the Lord, and Him only." Review and Herald, August 4, 1904 (vol 5, p 63).

When do we regain our peculiarity to God--becoming His sons and daughters, and God becoming our Father? It is only after we separate ourselves and all our connections with all the apostate churches making up Babylon the Great; not before, but after! You can only make a covenant to serve God and Him only after you have broken all your connections and covenants--or membership--made with the church! And until you do break all union with an apostate church, you are not God's child, He is not your God and Father, and heaven is not your home.

God does not ask His people to go through this purifying process of separation alone, but has promised to help us if we will choose to return unto Him with a whole heart and start walking this narrow pathway. Yet, God will not force anyone to return back to Him by separating completely from all connection with Babylonian churches. It is a free-will choice.

So what is you decision going to be? Will you remain connected to any church which is in union and harmony with Babylon the Great and be held guilty of all her wickedness? Or are you going to obey God, and go through the purifying process of breaking all connection with sin and sinners, separate from all the churches--including the SDA church--which are part of Babylon the Great, and regain your peculiarity with God, becoming His child once again? Will you make this covenant of sacrifice to return unto God, and follow and serve Him only? Will you escape from being guilty of Babylon's sins and receiving of her plagues? Or will you cling to the church, share her sin, and suffer the wrath of God?

"How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him." 1 Kings 18:21.

"Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity..." Jeremiah 51:6.

"And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve...but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." Joshua 24:15.

"And I will give them an heart to know Me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be My people, and I will be their God: for they shall return [separate] unto Me with their whole heart." Jeremiah 24:7.

We have recently published three of our booklets into foreign languages. Our booklet "The Abomination of Desolation Stands" has been translated and printed in Chinese! Please keep this booklet and its distribution to our Chinese brethren in your special prayers that many will be led to embrace the full present truth and to spread this precious message to their fellow Chinese people. China has several thousand home churches, but most of these do not know of the three angels' messages. Our worker has already translated our non-SDA booklet "The Glorious Everlasting Gospel" into Chinese, and we are hoping that God will work His miracles and allow these other separated brethren to know the truth and to embrace the full last message of mercy. Thus China can be filled with God's glory, and these non-SDA home churches can be turned into Sabbath-keeping home churches!

The other two translated and printed booklets are in Spanish! "The World Council of Churches and the Seventh-day Adventist Church" and "Protestant History--1840-1844 and Beyond" are now available in Spanish. We are indebted to our Spanish translators, as well as all of our other translation workers for the great and important work that they are doing for God and in helping to spread His message of truth world-wide! Please keep this important translation and publishing work in your daily prayers. And may our God greatly multiply all of our efforts in spreading His present truth so that His coming can be hastened, and we can go home much sooner!

We also see the great need of supporting new workers. Some are needed to help our current workers to keep up with the growing demands of the work in their Countries, and others are needed to start the work in different Countries. At present, we have two dedicated workers in mind to begin supporting, but we need the funds to begin their monthly support. We are therefore appealing to our brethren and home churches to help us in this important area. There is little chance that we could personally travel to these foreign Countries and then be able to speak the different languages needed to witness the truth. But we can still be involved in witnessing the truth to these foreign peoples by the giving of our prayers and means to support workers who live in that Country and who know the languages of the people. These workers can then place the precious messages of truth into the hands of their people, and also be able to continue to strengthen and encourage them to embrace the full truth and to fellowship in home church! Time is so short, and soon our money will not be so readily or so easily sent abroad in helping to fill this earth with God's glory as it is now.

PLEASE NOTE: In two of our booklets printed in 1991 (The Golden Calf Apostasy & The Controversy Over Revelation 18), we printed that there was no General Conference president elected in 1863 and that George Butler was the first president. Both of these statements are incorrect. John Byington was the first General Conference president, and he was elected in 1863. We humbly apologize for these wrong statements, and also for any and all problems which may or have occurred because of them. These statements will be corrected. Thank you for your understanding.

We extend our gratefulness to one of our West-Coast home church brethren for their gracious donation to this Ministry, especially in helping us to meet several of the Mission needs for the work. May God's blessings be showered upon them for their unselfish and thoughtful gift!

You will again find enclosed with this Newsletter two of our latest tracts. These tracts deal with The Beast and Little Horn, and The Curse of the Law. We still have more subjects in our computer and will continue to publish more tracts as time goes along as this has been an area of neglect among our people. Please also let us know if there are other areas of present truth which you would like to see in tract form.

Our tract work for non-SDA's is still progressing as well. Our tracts are being spread by our workers and other dedicated brethren around the world. We are encouraged that our tracts are helping others reach out to those who sit in darkness with the last saving message of truth. And we seek to encourage our separated brethren to become active in doing Community outreach. Soon it will be much harder to openly pass out the printed truth, and so time is of the essence. What joy there will be in heaven to meet precious souls unknown to you but who were won to Christ because of your unselfish and self-sacrificing efforts in reaching out with a simple tract of truth!

Each of our tracts contain our Ministry address so that any interests can write for further information and/or to enroll in our free Bible Correspondence Course. We hope that many more home church brethren will utilize these tracts in their evangelistic outreach efforts and become a living and working church for God in spreading the three angels' messages like wild-fire to their friends and neighbors in their community. Please keep this important tract work in your prayers so that many more souls can be won to God and thus garnered into His kingdom of righteousness. All of our tracts are available for only $.08 cents each!

GENERAL FOREIGN MISSION WORK NEEDS

We are currently supporting many workers in 6 different Countries on a monthly basis. We check into the economy of each area and supply a base support which is adequate depending on their situation, but not extravagant. This base support is to ensure that the monthly needs of each worker and family is adequately met for that month so that the worker may devote full time to the ministry work. In addition to this, we are sending extra materials for evangelism, and money for printing, publishing, holding meetings, traveling, and other necessary areas in spreading the present truth in their Country. And as the work extends, especially will expenses for evangelism expand. Whatever you can send to help in this necessary and vital area is greatly appreciated.

The work of spreading God's present truth is not to be limited, but must extend world-wide, to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people before our Saviour can come (Matthew 24:14). What better way of spreading the present truth gospel than by having workers who speak the native language, who reside in that particular Country, who can live and preach the truth and visit the interests in their homes, and spread the printed truth translated into their common language! Please financially help us to continue consistently supporting our current ministers and workers, so that the spreading of the truth can quickly lighten this dark world with the glory of God.

LETTERS to "LET THERE BE LIGHT" Ministries

Dear Brother Sessler,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray this finds you and your family well. I am not sure whether you would remember my husband ____ & I. We once arranged meetings for you at the Albury High School quite some years ago...Since then we have been heavily involved with the Adventist Laymen's Foundation, headed by W.H. Grotheer. This has been an "eye opening" experience, & we no longer work for them anymore. However, while we were in America this year, someone sent Grotheer a copy of "United Ministries under John 17" together with the 6 appendices. Grotheer was not at all interested in these papers, but because the person who sent them paid a considerable amount of tithe, he did not throw them out but asked me to read them for him. As a result, ____ took a copy of them & we have brought them back to Australia with us. We currently worship with 4 other families (10 adults & 6 children) & have started reading through the material slowly during part of our Sabbath School programme. It is proving a rich blessing. We realize that we not only have to achieve unity among ourselves, but that also we are not an entity unto ourselves. Sometimes it is easy to feel all alone but God does have a people, although scattered, that will keep His commandments & have the faith of Jesus. We want to be a part of the unity that Jesus prayed for in John 17. It is a tragic fact today that Adventism is filled with "soap operas" that are extremely disillusioning. This syndrome must & will end for if we are not willing to proclaim this truly good news, our Lord will raise up others who will. As we read through this material, we would like to correspond with you & Brother & Sister Cain on points of interest....

I just read the booklets that went along with (the) video on Separation. I want you to know that I wrote my church--1st church in ____--that I wanted my name taken off the membership list...I told them that the church was in apostasy -- haven't heard from them yet....

I just love your literature....I'm not leaving the foundation pillars I came in on in 1962. They (are the ones who) have compromised...Those books of a new order, like E.G.W. prophesied, amazed me...

I want to thank you for the Newsletters you send me. Also, thank you for the book of "Abomination of Desolation." I have read it and found it full of vital information. I haven't been in the church in over seven years, but I do receive reports every now and then. Sad to say, they are not very good....

As I have been reading through the 1st chapters of G.C., I've noticed that those early Reformers were misunderstood as they were trying to help share the gospel with the people. Traditions & lack of need (so they thought) got in the way of more people taking their stand on God's side--Coming out from apostasy to the truth. So we find the same today.

I pray a lot that I/we will not waver from the work God has given us to do.

CORRESPONDENCE FROM OUR FOREIGN WORKERS

FROM KENYA, EAST AFRICA

I have received the Kiswahili sample booklets. I have also received your letter...

As I had written earlier, we shall have a camp meeting at ____--the home area for brother Patrick ____. This is one brother who need support seriously, as he (and his family--wife and two children) was chased away from his home, their parents being Catholics. They are now surviving in town in a God-knows-how [manner]; sometimes by selling vegetables; and on dry spells like this recent past, it is really difficult. [NOTE: We are sending a donation to help with this brother and family for their stand for the truth. If any of our readers are also impressed to do the same, please direct their donations for brother Patrick]. Our tithes is now supporting three Bible workers.

May I take this time to remember a sick sister--wife to bro. ____ ____, one of our co-workers and high-way Evangelist. She has been sick since last December, of partial paralysis affecting the lower part of the body, making the legs very feeble to support her body. Please remember her in special prayers that, if the Lord wills, she recovers...

Many thanks to the Lord that the Kiswahili booklet is out....

Lastly, we haven't been able to get the benefit of the video tapes as we haven't had the video machine yet. We hope the Lord will grant that we [can] get one soon.

I have not yet received your Bible Corr. Course, when did you mail them? I had finished and double checked the work on "Glorious Everlasting Gospel". I also began inputting on "The Will"....All the Chinese Bible translations do not match with KJV, they are the same as modern English translations, such as NIV...This creates a problem, because the reader cannot find [KJV] text in their Bibles....

We are home again from Visayas. We visited all the home churches there & confront some SDA ministers....

(Combination of 4 letters) Dear Elder Bob,

It is a real pleasure writing this to you this day. At the same time, I wish to send sincere brotherly greetings to all God's people worldwide who read our monthly Newsletters.

It is true our salvation is today nearer than we can possibly think of. Today is not the time for us to stand idle looking on as the drama of apocalyptic events unfolds before our eyes. We must all play a personal physical and decisive part in this last struggle....

I wish through this letter to plead with brothers and sisters in the U.S.A. to please help French speaking Seventh-day Adventists, not only in Africa, but the world over. It is true and with no shadow of doubt the S.D.A. organization has long since stepped off the platform of eternal truth. Please, there are many sincere and faithful souls in that sinking ship. Let's help rescue these ones as from fire....My first appeal is for "Let There Be Light" Ministry booklets in the French language....There is the alarming need to distribute these among the Francophone churches. These booklets are needed just to free thousands of souls from the General Conference slavery. Adventists as far as the Continent of Africa is concerned, are in captivity worse than the ancient Egyptian slavery. There are spiritual slaves, and sadly, they don't realize their condition. Here is one of my recent experience....

I decided to travel 140km outside the Capital City to spend few weeks in nature among trees and flowing rivers and at the same time carry on the work of translation. I thought to have a calm moment away from city noise. Then I chose to keep silent and to have no interaction or discussion with any S.D.A. church [so the translation work would progress quickly]. But very soon, members found out that the "Rebel" has come. (I am known to S.D.A. members as the church "Rebel"). Then a delegation of the churches came to visit and invited me to speak at their meeting places....[I told them no, but] on the Sabbath afternoon, around 2 O'clock, I decided to pay one of the churches a surprise visit....I walked into the half completed chapel...[and] they all demanded to hear of and about the work of Reform [separation]. For some time I thought where to start with. Then I asked the whole congregation to take their Bibles and read from 2 Chronicles 20:20, then Isaiah 8:20, Revelation 12:17, and 19:10. I spoke on these verses shortly. When they realized the extreme importance of following the counsels in the Spirit of Prophecy books, I began [to] talk on historic Adventism.

The meeting lasted past four hours. At the end of the meeting I led them in prayer....They were so happy about the talk. The following day Sunday, they came to me saying the churches have decided to take up the work of Reform, and that I should become the pastor henceforth. I then realized the work I have before me in the subregion of West Africa.

Many of the churches I visited are in similar condition, totally ignorant of true Adventism. And one striking thing, most of them, baptized members, have not read Spirit of Prophecy books, not even the common Great Controversy. One member said; "We have heard of the book but have never seen it." I then asked them to see me at home for a copy each. Please I need S.O.P. books, Elder Bob.

This condition prevails everywhere. My only prayer is to have the booklets printed in French. I believe spiritual fire will burn very soon across the churches with the booklets. My travels will be now very wide....

For the past four weeks I have been attending to my wife who fell seriously ill. I had to take her home town some 270km away from the city. She is now well and will soon come back....

Never before are the leaders of the SDA churches becoming so alarmed. It seems the membership of the church no longer will blindly follow whatsoever is taught them. Pastors are finding it very tough containing a great number of the members [keeping them from leaving]. This is because, the spirit of reformation [separation] seems to get hold of many. They are some who have been in contact with some separatist groups in France.

The SDA church leaders were not so alarmed by the arrival of some separatist publications, because the arguments presented in these publications were not so convincing to create trouble to the leaders and the membership [but they are alarmed with our publications].

But, they hated my particular group. In fact, the SDA church will gladly rejoice if I am to die any moment. They have never been able to counteract my work or prove me wrong. It is known all over Togo and beyond, that I have almost all the writings of E.G. White, including the six volumes of Review and Herald, and also the Spirit of Prophecy Library (3 volumes). When I bring out any tract or publication, the church leaders are afraid to attack it. This is because, everyone knows I have [the] sources from which I bring our my quotations....

Recently, the church distributed moto-scooters to about 20 people who were agitating for separation [telling people to study this subject]. Some of them were given positions in the church to reduce them to silence. Yet many are still standing for truth. My weapon of battle at this moment is the book "ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION and CHURCH HISTORY (SECOND EDITION). I do translate portions and publish them in the form of tracts of 2 or 4 pages.

Even as you are reading this fax, a computer man is working on the tract I have just completed, taken from this book. The tract is entitled: "Israel Antique et l'Englise Adventiste du 7ème jour". The meaning as you can guess is "Ancient Israel and Seventh-day Adventists". In this tract I have tried to strongly refute the argument that the SDA church can never become Babylon as the leaders are shouting....

I have not sent any translation as at now because of my numerous travels outside my station in ____. You will receive some soon....I will make a trip to Ivory Coast....

Now, the work of Reform is spreading, not only because of my efforts alone, but because a lot of people are wide awake. The Newsletter translation is also doing a lot....There are calls from various angles in and outside the country to visit....

I must here thank you for the great efforts you are making toward Francophone (French speaking) Adventists. Only heaven can accurately estimate what can be achieved in the near future. It is not an easy thing to penetrate French speaking Adventists with present truth. Almost all the members look only to the pastors and conference leaders. What they say or decide is simply accepted with no question. No human argument could reason with them....[But now] I can foresee a very great revival. Wherever I go and present the message, almost 95% of the church stands in favor of present truth....One pastor said during a meeting: "But ____ is taking over our churches." When I heard this, I told the brothers who reported this to me; "No, it is Isaiah 8:20 which is taking away the churches."...

Elder thanks a lot for the tape "Bible history of Separation, part 3" on 30th-Jan-99. It was a nice Sabbath...Then in the afternoon I presented reasons for separation: on the evening we watched a video: "Is the Church Babylon". On Friday 5th-Feb-99, I visited a brother by the names ____ ____, I talked to him and other around concerning the church today. To him and others I left some booklets...I visited ____ ____ served him with our booklets, there after walked down to ____ ____ [and] together we went to ____ and come to my place ____. We shared from the Bible and S.O.P. there after watched a video "Bible History of Separation, part 2. That night I was visited by a woman with 3 kids. They were stranded [and] I gave her sanctuary. We had a length talk, she hails from a Moslem faith, [and] afterwards she accepted Christ. She comes from a distant place...She may be of great help to the gospel of our Lord in her village.

On 9th I moved to ____ ____ I gave him our booklets...On 14th I made a 2nd visit to ____ ____ and since we have been meeting with him I gave him more of our other booklets. On 17th I talked to ____ ____ concerning the Sabbath of the Bible. He was left with [our booklets]...and our tracts.

On 19th I made another visit to ____ ____, he was left with our booklets, the same day ____ ____ ____ visited me and on the Sabbath God brought over 20 souls...and in the evening we watched "Is the Church Babylon"....

On Sunday we went to ____ with ____ ____, we stayed that side for 3 days. The people we met showed great interest in the message. Booklets were left behind for study and some tracts were also given. On 2nd I went to ____ [and there] I gave the photocopied booklets for non-SDA's. Some booklets were left to the SDA friend--WCC & SDA, The Abomination and Fanaticism....

Once again I say thanks for your prayers....Friends I been blessed.

FROM ZAMBIA, CENTRAL AFRICA

Firstly and foremost, I great you in the name of our Saviour Jesus with hopes that you are fine. My family, Brother ____ are doing fine. Though my wife is undergoing a bad situation at times. It has been discovered that she suffers from epilepsy and so most of the times, she falls down. Please Elder pray for her and for my family and if you can, send me some books on health and natural remedies.

Nevertheless, God is with me in the progressive of His work. In the first and second week, I had a trip to Copperbelt Province in ____ and ____ which is about 280km from ____. There I had gone for Bible studies at this one home ____ and video shows. I want to praise God for the work you are doing in sending the booklets and video tapes. These booklets have done a tremendous job. Many people who have read through are now coming back to their senses in discovering the way the church have lost the way. After a one week programme I came back to ____ where I had found another S.D.A. brother from ____ 150km from ____. He came specifically to see me and have Bible studies with him over the booklets I have given him some good weeks ago. The brother testified and said since he left ____ he was just reading through these booklets and he even stopped attending church services due to the message he read. He said he almost got confused after knowing what is taking place in S.D.A. church and he wondered that time he had wasted in the church without knowing the truth God had spoken to His children in the last days. He said a Sabbath came, some Elders asked him to present a Bible study and he used one of the booklets, the brother testified that he was told not to use these books again just there he was stopped not to conduct any study or teach at any Sabbath School Class due to the message of separation. Further more he was told to burn the books and to all costs not to give any of the church members. The brother went back home and continued to read the books and stopped to attend church services and he said this made his getting confused to whether he was right with what he was doing...Despite these restrictions by the church leaders, many people started going to him to find out the type of message he has and he says at least some are now understanding the truth. I thank you God because He had to reveal the truth through the Bible and your video tapes and also through the current present truth. And when the brother went back, he was now sure that he was in the truth and promised to continue with home church and conducting the Bible studies with those willing brethrens. He finally asked me to visit him and continue sending him some booklets and any other latest from you.

Alternatively, in the third and fourth weeks I again received a call from ____ and this one was from Sunday keepers who wanted to go through some video tapes on 666 and Bible studies. This study was really nice though it involved a lot including Sabbath-keeping and Sunday-keeping where in the Scriptures is the truth on one of the two. Many were from the Baptist church, few from CMML and others from Roman Catholic Church who even revealed the secrets of the Pope's hat [crown] that there is a number 666 not knowing what this number represents. Praise God the whole truth was revealed to them and they even confessed to God that many are the days they had spent not knowing the true Sabbath as a sign between God and His people (Ezekiel 20:12,20). This group wanted me to continue having Bible studies with them for a week, but due to other calls from different districts time could not allow and so I just left some materials for them and promised to visit them in April God willing....To be more frank, the field is really big but few labourers. God willing, my wife will soon be involved in the video shows programmes as soon as we have enough. My only mother came to hear more about the present truth. She is a Sunday keeper but praise God after many Bible studies with her she got the Sabbath truth. Elder Bob, I want to let you know that due to this message many S.D.A.'s and non are always coming at my house for video shows and because of this my family is really in trouble by some S.D.A. LEADERS WHO ARE EVEN TAKING MORE reports about Brother ____ and I, to their higher leaders even to some Catholic Leaders that we are heretics.

My Bible tells me (John 16:2) it will be so, nevertheless Psalm 125:1-3 strengthens me. So far I have about five (5) districts to visit for video shows and Bible studies. I also want to let you know that I receive a letter from Elder ____ in which he enclosed another letter from brother ____ ____ of Malawi. He asked me to deal with him directly. Due to lack of money for traveling to Malawi and getting passports, I have just sent him some materials. May be if God will bless you with enough money then I will be in a position to visit the brother because he even says his area is Moslem area and so he is just trying by God's power to fuse in the Sabbath message. Pray for the brother too.

Pray for me also as I involve my wife and as we take this message of separation. God bless you.
