"There are many precious truths contained in the Word of God, but it is `PRESENT TRUTH' that the flock needs now." Early Writings, p 63.

Dear brothers and sisters,
     1 John 3:1.

When the subject of possible membership of the church with the World Council of Churches (WCC) comes up, many church members flatly refuse to believe or even discuss the subject.  Others resort to asking their minister if such is so.  These naively believe exactly what their minister states, and this settles the matter for them.  But others are not so easily turned aside, and want to know the facts in the case so that they can make the determination for themselves and then decide what to do.  It is for these careful and thinking Christians that we examine this issue.
Before we determine whether or not the church we are members of is connected to and working with the WCC, it is imperative we understand a little more about this WCC.
The World Council of Churches was formally constituted at Amsterdam, Holland, on August 23, 1948.  It is made up of various branch organizations controlled by the WCC.  The goal of the WCC is to unite all the religions of the world into one ecumenical package--or a one world church.  But in order to unite all the world's religions together, the differing doctrines held dear by these religious groups must be waived, and a focusing on those beliefs held in common must be central.
One of the main branch organizations of the WCC is the National Council of Churches (NCC).  Also included in the organizational structure of the WCC are many lesser branches--such as the Ministerial Associations in the various public communities (See Collectivism in the Churches, p 60, by Edgar C. Bundy).
The National Council of Churches is an organization formally known, before 1950, as the Federal Council of Churches--organized in December, 1908.  The NCC is made up of various churches within the United States of America who have agreed to become members, and to further the goals of the NCC/WCC.
The goal of the NCC is the same as the goal of the WCC, since it was the leadership of the Federal/National Council of Churches which formed the WCC in 1948 (see World Council of Churches: Religion or Revolution, by Hugh Moreton & N.W. Hutchings, p 3).  Their goal goes beyond just uniting all churches into one, and includes the same goals of Catholicism, the New Age, Free masonry, the Illuminati, the United Nations, and other satanic organizations--or the goal of a New World Order, with Lucifer as god and leader.
To some this may be hard to believe, but the NCC itself states this in their recommendation of points to be followed in order to bring about world peace: "...a world government...Strong immediate limitation on national sovereignty.  International control of all armies and navies.  A universal system of money.  Worldwide freedom of immigration.  Progressive elimination of all tariff and quota restrictions on world trade.  A democratically controlled international bank...
"A new order of economic life is both imminent and imperative through voluntary cooperation within the framework of democracy or through explosive political revolution." Time Magazine, March 16, 1942, p 44-48.

The WCC and it's branch organizations are indeed involved in bringing about this "explosive political revolution" in Countries which are not following their plan for a One World Church and New World Order.  The following are a few examples.
The WCC gave $85,000 to an African Nationalist terrorist group--PATRIOTIC FRONT--who were waging guerilla warfare in Rhodesia/Zimbabwe in 1978 (see Seattle Times, August 25, 1981).  These terrorists killed over 1900 people, including eight British missionaries and their four children in Rhodesia that year (see Reader's Digest, August, 1982).  In 1974 the WCC gave 6,355 British pounds to members of the terrorist organization--ZANU--in Africa, which were responsible for killing 87 Rhodesian civilians (see WCC: Religion or Revolution, p 13).  Also in 1974, the WCC gave 50,000 British pounds to another Marxist guerilla force--FRELIMO (see Ibid., p 13).
After the Rhodesian government fell to these terrorist groups, this statement was then given by their representatives at the WCC Conference in Melbourne, Australia in May, 1980: "Our hard-won victory did not come only through our own determination.  We were sustained and reinforced by the support--material, moral, and spiritual--accorded to us by the World Council of Churches, and its member churches." American Opinion, January, 1982, p 4.

The WCC also gave funds to the Communist North Vietnamese government (see WCC: Religion or Revolution, p 16), the PLO, Cuba, and other pro-Soviet totalitarian movements (see Reader's Digest, January, 1983, p 120).  They also gave $823,000 to the Communist backed organization--SWAPO--in Namibia (see WCC: Religion or Revolution, p 28; American Opinion, January, 1982, p 2).
As can be clearly seen, the WCC--including the NCC and other lesser branch organizations--is not working for God, but is definitely working against Him!  They are in complete union with the enemy of God, and are furthering Lucifer's goal of being the god and leader of a New World Order.  Hence no church of God should be connected to the WCC/NCC, let alone working with or supporting them.  But where does the money come from with which the WCC finances and supports Lucifer's goal of a One World Church and New World Order--including terrorist activities to bring this about?
"The obvious question arises: From where does the money come [for WCC financing]?  The answer is: It comes from you.  It comes from you if you put money on the collection plate of a church that is part of a denomination which belongs to the National Council of Churches.  The money goes from your church to your denomination, to the National Council, to the World Council." American Opinion, January, 1982, p 12.

Thus any church who gives financial or other support to the WCC, or to any of it's branch organizations, is guilty of supporting the move towards a One World Church and New World Order, the spread of Communism, the funding of terrorist groups, and the killing of innocent people and Christians!  And not only would the church itself be held responsible, but each and every corporate member of that church would be held guilty as well! (for Biblical proof of this corporate responsibility, please write for the booklet; Why Are We Held Responsible for Personal, Social, and Corporate Sin?).
All the different churches which are members or member-units in these various branch organizations making up, and under the control of, the WCC, are technically members of the WCC itself.  But WCC policy states that no individual church is a member of it, only the various branches made up of the churches.  Thus, when any question arises as to whether a particular church is part of the WCC, the leaders of these various churches can technically tell their membership that their church is not a member of the WCC, when it really is through connection to the various branches!
The following is a partial list of churches which are documented as being a part of, and cooperating or working with, the WCC/NCC; and some for many years: Anglican, Assemblies of God, Baptist (including Seventh-day), Brethren, Catholic (including Old), Christian, Church of God, Congregational, Community, Disciples, Episcopal, Evangelical, Friends (Quakers), Full Gospel, Holiness, Latter Day Saints (Mormon), Lutheran, Mennonite, Methodist, Missionary, Moravian, Orthodox (Bulgarian, Christian, Eastern, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, Syrian, Ukrainian), Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Protestant, Reformed, Seventh-day Adventist, United, and Wesleyan (see Letter from the National Council of Churches of Christ, January 13, 1965, from Wilbur C. Parry, Associate General Secretary; American Opinion, January, 1982, p 11; Directory of Christian Councils, published by the World Council of Churches, 1985).
Yet, even though church union and cooperation is clearly listed in various publications, many church leaders deny that their church has any connection or union with, or has given any support to, the WCC!  Especially is this support, union, and connection of the Seventh-day Adventist church with the WCC vehemently denied by SDA church leadership.  Yet the documents speak more loudly than their words!  So who is telling the truth--the SDA leadership, or the documented facts?
Let us examine some statements by SDA leaders and church publications, and then compare these with various documents, to see if we can ascertain who is telling the truth.  And we will begin with the question of whether monetary support has been given to the WCC by the SDA church.
     The SDA church states:
"...we do not make contributions to their [NCC] program." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, January 25, 1967, from D.W. Hunter, Associate Secretary.

"We have no financial relationship with this [WCC] organization.  All of the funds that we as a Church receive...are disbursed entirely through our own denominational channels.  We understand them to be contributed on the basis that we shall use them to maintain the various programs operated by our Church, including of course our various welfare programs....
"So the brief answer to your inquiry is that we do not contribute any funds to this [WCC] organization." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, January 5, 1983, from L.L. Butler, Treasurer.

"The Seventh-day Adventist Church...does not pay one cent in support of it [the WCC]." Adventist Review, January 3, 1985, p 4.

Is this really true?  What do the documented facts declare?
In the year 1959, the SDA church sent a total of $6,700 for the support of the National Council of Churches (see Letter from the National Council of Churches, January 29, 1960, Donald F. Landwer, Assistant General Secretary for [NCC] Finance).
In 1969 they gave a total of $5,950 for NCC support (see Letter from the National Council of Churches, April 7, 1970, Constant H. Jacquet, Director Research Library).
In fact, in 1984, the SDA church itself admittedly gave $8,000 to the World and National Councils of Churches, and then stated:
"This is apparently what it has been running for the last few years." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, June 13, 1985, Mitchell A. Tyner, Esq., Associate Director and Legal Counsel of the Department of Public Affairs and Religious Liberty (also see Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, October 23, 1984, from W.L. Murrill, Undertreasurer).

Thus, the documented facts, especially from the SDA church itself, prove that they indeed supported the NCC and the WCC with financial help, and for some time!  This means that the SDA church, and every corporate member, is guilty of supporting the goal towards a One World Church and New World Order, the spreading of Communism, terrorism, and aiding the killing of innocent people.
But what about the union and cooperation of the SDA church with the WCC or any of it's branch organizations?
The SDA church and its leadership flatly deny that they have any union whatsoever with the WCC or the NCC!
"Seventh-day Adventists are not members of the National Council of Churches." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, January 25, 1967, from D.W. Hunter, Associate Secretary.

"...the Seventh-day Adventist Church is not a member of the World Council of Churches..." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Department of Public Affairs, from B.B. Beach, April 2, 1982.

"...the General Conference is not a member of the NCC or the WCC..." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, October 23, 1984, from W.L. Murrill, Undertreasurer.

"No.  The Seventh-day Adventist Church is not a member of the World Council of Churches..." Adventist Review, January 3, 1985, p 4.

In fact, the president of the General Conference had this to say:
"The Seventh-day Adventist church is not, has not been, will not be a member of the World Council of Churches.  I don't care what evidence you have printed to the contrary.  It is simply a fabrication; it is not true; it is a lie; it is a distortion.  I want to make sure you understand it.  There is NO: there is no membership or intention of becoming a member....We are not and will not be.  I hope you can take that to the bank as a statement of categorical, undeniable truth.  And anything that you receive printed to the contrary, tear it up, throw it in the waste paper basket; its simply not the truth!" Robert Folkenberg, "Issues and Interviews" on SDA radio station--KCDS in Angwin, California, February 19, 1993.

But what do these documents have to say about the union and cooperation of the SDA church with the WCC or any of it's member branches, that the president of the SDA church wants you to tear up and throw away?  Let us first examine SDA union with the NCC.
The SDA church was listed as associate members and cooperating members of the National Council of Churches in 1959 (see Letter from the National Council of Churches, August 7, 1959, Wesley B. Goodman, Associate Executive Director).  The SDA church was listed as one of the member-units of the NCC in 1964 (see Letter from the National Council of Churches, January 13, 1965, Wilbur C. Parry, Assistant Council Secretary).
But does the SDA church have such a close working relationship with the NCC/WCC that they are accepted as a voting member in any of their programs?  What does the SDA church state?
"We [Seventh-day Adventists] do not vote in their [NCC] activities.  We are not members [of the NCC] and cannot vote." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, January 25, 1967, from D.W. Hunter, Associate Secretary.

"As Seventh-day Adventists who go to the meetings of the World Council of Churches do so as observers, without delegate status of any kind, they have neither the right to speak or to vote." Letter from the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, April 14, 1970, from W.R. Beach, Secretary.

What do the documented facts reveal about this issue?
"The Seventh-day Adventist Church does hold voting membership in several of our [NCC] program units and in addition has non-voting or associate membership in other units." Letter from the National Council of Churches of Christ, January 29, 1960, from Donald F. Landwer, Assistant General Secretary for Finance.

"Over one hundred theologians met in Lima, Peru, in January, 1982, and recommended [voted] unanimously to transmit this agreed statement--the Lima text--for the common study and official response of the churches.  They represented virtually all the major church traditions: Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Old Catholic, Lutheran, Anglican, Reformed, Methodist, United, Disciples, Baptist, Adventist and Pentecostal." Faith and Order Paper #111, Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry, back cover, published by the World Council of Churches, Geneva, 1982.

The SDA church is also a member of the NCC by way of belonging to the Ministerial Associations in their communities. (A Ministerial Association is composed of different churches within a local community.)  So the SDA church is indeed in union with, and cooperating with, the NCC.  And since the NCC is a branch organization of the WCC, the SDA church is also in union with, and cooperating with, the WCC.  But this is not the only evidence of the Ecumenical union of the SDA church with the WCC--whether directly or through membership in it's various branches!
In 1985, the WCC published Directory of Christian Councils, which is a directory listing all of it's member-unit churches throughout the world--including those churches found within the NCC and various other branches.  The following is a listing of SDA church's union, membership, and participation with the WCC throughout the world:
M Fraternal associates: Kenya, Africa--"Church of the East African Union--Seventh Day" Directory, p 15.
M Associate members: Rwanda, Africa--"Eglise adventiste du septie'me jour (Seventh Day Adventist Church)" Directory,  p 35.  Solomon Islands--"Seventh Day Adventist Church" Directory, p 195.
M Observers: Finland--"Adventist Church" Directory, p 133. German Democratic Republic--"Gemeinschaft der Siebenten- Tags-Adventisten (Seventh Day Adventists)" Directory, p 139.
M Consultant-observers: United Kingdom--"Seventh Day Adventists" Directory, p 163.
M Membership: Bahamas--"Seventh Day Adventist Church" Directory, p 99.  Belize--"Seventh Day Adventist Church"  Directory, p 100.  Cook Islands--"Seventh Day Adventist Church" Directory p 189.  Sweden--"Seventh Day Adventist  Church" Directory, p 144.

This is not to mention those branch organizations which are also full members of the WCC, in which the SDA church are members in; such as the Hungarian Council of Free Churches (see Directory, p 142).  This membership was even admitted by the SDA church (see Southern Tidings, September, 1977).  But not only this, a General Conference president also admitted, though regrettably, the church's membership in this Hungarian Council and thus in the WCC!  Neil C. Wilson stated:
"In Hungry we have had problems and not all of them have been connected with membership in the Council of Free Churches....I wish we weren't a part of it..." Pacific Union Recorder, February, 18, 1985, p 4.

The SDA church is also not afraid to tell their membership that they are very friendly with the WCC!
In 1983, the WCC was holding their Sixth Assembly in Vancouver, Canada, and the SDA church was represented in attendance.  The following report to the SDA people was titled as follows:
"Adventists Find Friends At The World Council of Churches" Messenger, September, 1983, p 5.

In another SDA church paper, Douglas Devnich, who was a representative of the SDA church at this 1983 WCC Assembly (and who later became the president of the Canadian Union Conference of SDA's), states:
"...the W.C.C. is not to be faulted on what it endeavors to do....The call comes out of Vancouver in 1983 for a New World Order....
"My point is that the W.C.C., as the most powerful Christian social agency may well be the world's answer to idealize as well as apply the social ministry of Jesus Christ...and in the establishment of the literal Kingdom of God." Ministry Magazine, November, 1983.

So the SDA church is not ignorant of what the WCC is doing, but is fully aware of the WCC goal to bring about a New World Order for Lucifer.  And yet they still are willing to work with and unite with them!
The SDA church even invited an official representative of the WCC as an observer-guest to the 1990 General Conference Session at Indianapolis, Indiana, to deliver a message to the delegate body!
Joan Campbell, Director of the United States office of the World Council of Churches, stated:
"It is my pleasure to be with you again...I bring you the warmest of greetings from the World Council of Churches and from all our member churches around the world....When I was at your worship service yesterday, it seemed as though it was my own time of worship, as well as yours.  And it said to me that there are many things that we hold in common...
"So as fellow Christians, like those Pentecost people in the earliest of days, we look at one another and we say that we hold all things in common." Adventist Review, July 10, 1990, p 6.

Why is the SDA church so eager to work in union with these other churches of Babylon?
"We [the SDA church] are one with our fellow Christian denominational groups in the great fundamentals of the faith once delivered to the saints." Questions on Doctrine, p 32.

So the facts make it very clear that the SDA church is indeed financially supporting, in union, cooperation, and working with, the NCC and the WCC!  And what consequences does this have for the SDA church, as well as all those who are members of it?  We will examine this in our next Newsletter.

MINISTRY NEWS

The Lord has been centering our Ministry work more into the publishing area lately.  So we have taken a short break from video-recording new sermons, but we will still be producing the sermons already recorded.  The Lord has blessed our video camera with good operation for over 1 1/2 years, but it does need some well-deserved maintenance done.
We have printed up several thousand booklets, and have mailed several boxes off to our foreign workers.  Our tract work for non-SDA's is progressing as well.  Our tracts are being spread by our workers and other dedicated brethren around the world.  Requests are coming in for materials and other truth-filled literature from individuals who have received the tracts and want to learn more.  Please keep these dear precious souls in your prayers.
You will again find enclosed with this Newsletter two of our latest tracts.  These tracts deal with the Image of Daniel 2, and the Battle of Armageddon.  We still have more subjects in our computer and will continue to publish more tracts as time goes along as this has been an area of neglect among our people.  Please also let us know if there are other areas of present truth which you would like to see in tract form.
We are encouraged that our tracts are helping others reach out to those who sit in darkness with the last saving message of truth.  Recently one home church group ordered 2000 tracts to pass out in the various areas of their community, and we want to encourage our separated brethren to become active in doing the same outreach.  Soon it will be much harder to openly pass out the printed truth, and so time is of the essence.  What joy there will be in heaven to meet precious souls unknown to you but who were won to Christ because of your unselfish and self-sacrificing efforts in reaching out with a simple tract of truth!
Each of our tracts contain our Ministry address so that any interests can write for further information and/or to enroll in our free Bible Correspondence Course.  We hope that many more home church brethren will utilize these tracts in their evangelistic outreach efforts and become a living and working church for God in spreading the three angels' messages like wild-fire to their friends and neighbors in their community.  Please keep this important tract work in your prayers so that many more souls can be won to God and thus garnered into His kingdom of righteousness.  All of our tracts are available for only $.08 cents each!
God has been so gracious and merciful to this Ministry.  The translation of our booklets into many different languages is continuing.  Our booklet on "The Abomination of Desolation Stands" has been translated into Chinese, and we will soon have it printed up and ready for distribution to our Chinese brethren.  May God be praised!  Please let us know if you have any Chinese contacts in China or outside of it that could distribute this important present truth material to our people.
Our booklet on "Bible History of Separation, part 1" has been translated into French so our French speaking brethren can understand this important issue.  Also, our worker in Uganda has translated our booklet on "The World Council of Churches and the Seventh-day Adventist Church" into the native language of Lugandan.  Several of our booklets have already been translated into Spanish, and are waiting to be published.  Other booklets are currently being translated into several different languages as well!  Please keep this important translation and publishing work in your daily prayers.  And may our God greatly multiply all of our efforts in spreading His present truth so that His coming can be hastened, and we can go home to dwell with the Godhead and the unfallen beings for evermore!

We also see the great need of supporting new workers.  Some are needed to help our current workers to keep up with the growing demands of the work in their Countries, and others are needed to start the work in different Countries.  We have several dedicated workers in mind to begin supporting, but we need the funds to begin their monthly support.  We are therefore appealing to our brethren and home churches to help us in this important area.
There is little chance that we could personally travel to these foreign Countries and then be able to speak the different languages needed to witness the truth.  But we can still be involved in witnessing the truth to these foreign peoples by the giving of our prayers and means to support workers who live in that Country and who know the languages of the people.  These workers can then place the precious messages of truth into the hands of their people, and also be able to continue to strengthen and encourage them to embrace the truth and to fellowship in home church!  Time is so short, and soon our money will not be so readily or so easily sent abroad in helping to fill this earth with God's glory as it is now.
Brother and Sister Cain of Warning! Last Call Ministries are currently on speaking tour spreading the present truth in a new Spanish territory several thousand miles away from home.  Please hold them up in your prayers for divine protection and for extra strength and wisdom to accomplish God's will in establishing a solid group of home church brethren who can then work to evangelize others.

MINISTRY NEEDS

"Let There Be Light" Ministries is devoted to the spreading of the full present truth gospel message worldwide, and has been doing so since 1986.  This Ministry has monthly operating expenses covering the areas of: printing, publishing, and writing of present truth books, booklets, tracts, and other literature; video and audio taping, production, and distribution; supporting several ministers/workers in foreign Countries; mail order--both domestic and foreign; traveling to hold meetings--both locally, nationally, and internationally; answering correspondence and questions regarding the message of truth; ongoing National and International Bible studies; sending free present truth literature to contacts in many poor Countries; etc.
The Lord's blessings and guidance, along with your gracious prayers and support, is greatly appreciated and needed.  Without such, this Ministry could not continue to reach out worldwide with the precious message of Revelation 14:6-12 & 18:1-5.
May our God and Saviour continue to lead and guide all those who have helped this Ministry reach out to souls who sit in darkness with the precious light of gospel truth.  May our supporters remember that they share in each and every soul who has been reached by this Ministry and converted to the Lord and His present truth!

GENERAL FOREIGN MISSION WORK NEEDS

We are currently supporting 10 workers in 6 different Countries on a monthly basis.  We check into the economy of each area and supply a base support which is adequate depending on their situation, but not extravagant.  This base support is to ensure that the monthly needs of each worker and family is adequately met for that month so that the worker may devote full time to the ministry work.  In addition to this, we are sending extra materials for evangelism, and money for printing, publishing, holding meetings, traveling, and other necessary areas in spreading the present truth in their Country.  And as the work extends, especially will expenses for evangelism expand.  Whatever you can send to help in this necessary and vital area is greatly appreciated.
The work of spreading God's present truth is not to be limited, but must extend world-wide, to every nation, kindred, tongue, and people before our Saviour can come (Matthew 24:14).  What better way of spreading the present truth gospel than by having workers who speak the native language, who reside in that particular Country, who can live and preach the truth and visit the interests in their homes, and spread the printed truth translated into their common language!  Please financially help us to continue consistently supporting our current ministers and workers, so that the spreading of the truth can quickly lighten this dark world with the glory of God.

SPECIFIC FOREIGN MISSION WORK NEEDS

KENYA, East Africa:
M Printing and mailing expenses for booklets and tracts.
M Projector, screen, and evangelistic film for non-SDA outreach.
M Printing machine?? (NOTE: our workers just informed us that where they reside, a printing set-up is just not possible.  So they recommended hiring a printer to print our translated booklets there in Kenya in order to save both money and especially time as it would take up to 8 months for the booklets to reach them if we printed and sent them.  It costs about $0.20 US per booklet to print there.  So for 10,000 booklets it would only cost $2000 US.  Please help us raise this amount.

MALAYSIA:
M Printing and mailing expenses for booklets and tracts.

PHILIPPINE Islands:
M Printing expenses--currently at $200 every month.

LETTERS to "LET THERE BE LIGHT" Ministries

Dear servants of God at Let There Be Light Ministries...
I am very thankful to receive the Newsletter each month.  It is so vibrant with activity and life in the way of the righteousness of Christ Jesus--to whom be glory, honor, dominion, praise and power forever.
Sincerely, sister GD, VA.

Dear Let There Be Light Ministries,
I would like more information on the seventh day, the day of rest, the holy day of God.  The reason is that I (have) been teaching my friend here about the seventh day for some time already.  And I ran across you all in a little paper...and it has helped me to show my friends that there is more people of God, and they worship God on the seventh day.  So please send me all the information you can.
Thank you and God bless you.
Your brother in Christ Jesus, RC, Texas Prison.

Dear Elder Sessler,
Praised be the Lord's name.  Surely, we have nothing to do against the truth except for it....
Thanks for the work you are doing for God.  I'm grateful to the Newsletter of Nov-Dec 1998 and the two tracts mailed within.  It's wonderful that you have not quenched the Spirit of God and in this respect, you have taught, instructed and exposed error in its true appearance through the power of the Holy Spirit.  Thanks a lot and do even much more.  I perceive you have, with the help of Jehovah, withstood temptations, ridicule, despisements and many other besetting events.  I pray you stand firm, remain strong and go forward, for the work is the Lord's.
As for the gospel here in (Uganda), it is still progressing and with the Lord's help, especially His blessing of the gift of life, we have again been able to get new friends who are willing to study with us.  We need more prayers for this work.
I praise God for the book "The Last Message of Mercy."  When I was questioned as to why I no longer attended church services (SDA) by pastor Ofwomo Fredrick, I quoted from this book on page 29, the sixth paragraph quoted from Testimonies volume 4, p 210 which compelled him to ask for a complete list of booklets available, which I request on his behalf that I may take to him....
Surely Elder, I'm really encouraged with your writings especially the booklet on "The Will."  I was greatly touched as if you had purposely written it for me.  Truly I felt a great change in my life towards eternity.  Not only me.  Once I was with sister ____ who told me that never had she felt convicted except on reading these truths....
     May God bless you....
SD, Uganda.

Dear Brother Sessler,
     3 John 2!
I trust this finds all going well with you and your family and your work....
I am working on reformatting the Bible lessons so they do not use so much paper.  I think I can get most of them on a single sheet of paper, 8.5 x 11, both sides.  I have done five lessons so far, and they look good.  I am trying to figure out how to do the same with my poems so I can share them more and hopefully be a blessing.
I like your new tracts.  I hope to be able to help in distributing them.  May the Lord continue to bless you and your family and your work. Mal. 3:16; Titus 2:13; Rev. 22:20.
With kindness regards, your sister in Christ, EH, CA.

Bob,
May the Lord continue to bless you in His work.  All is well here.
LJ&B, CA.

Dear Let There Be Light,
Thank you for the Newsletters.  The work is going fast.  I believe the Sunday Law is what the President has signed....
The Lord Jesus bless our people.
B&RL, AR.

Bob, Just when you think things can't get any worse, they do....Please pray for us. (NOTE: we are indeed keeping you in our prayers.  Please read Spirit of Prophecy, vol 4, p 449-450).
ET, CA.

Dear Pastor Sessler,
It was so nice to chat with you when you called last Friday!...I enjoyed talking with you...
Thank you for your videos and newsletters.  I always appreciate them; there's always very worthwhile and thought-provoking information in them that I could easily comment on, but will again postpone such comments because I'm racing with time again...
God bless you, your family and the ministry.  You are all in my daily prayers.
Sincerely in Christ, ES, OH.

Dear Ministry staff,
I am writing to thank you for the pamphlets you sent me.  I have moved to distribute them A.S.A.P. and it brought me much joy when I did receive them.  I hope to be someone God can use to bring His truth to light....In the Final Judgment pamphlet there is a reference to a tract on the Secret Rapture that I would very much like to have if you would please send it to me.  Again I thank you for the pamphlets and for your consideration in my requests in this letter.  I look forward to hearing from you at the address provided below.
Sincerely, RS, Texas Prison.

Dear Bro. Sessler,
Thank you for your Newsletter and tape.  I do appreciate all that you are doing....
     Blessing and best wishes.
Your sister in Christ, MD, KY.

Dear pastor Sessler,
A blessed New Year to you and family and ministry....
Please pray for me to be faithful to Jesus.  Also pray for my family's spirituality.
     God bless.
Sincerely, JE, MD.

Dear Bob & family,
It's been a while since I wrote...We do want to say thank you for the tapes that you send out to us.  We are every so grateful, for we are alone here and we enjoy your videos.  We often think of you, and we pray for your Ministry and for you and your family....
So may God bless you.  Please pray for us, we want to meet you in the earth made new.
P.S. So Robert S. Folkenberg isn't President any more.  He was the man who said at Hope Camp meeting 6 years ago here in B.C. how happy he is that the church is gone Celebration.  How long can God take such awful things?  But I guess there are more to come before the end will come.
Your bro & sister in Christ. Love L&MK, Canada.

Dear br. Bob,
Greetings in the name of Jesus by Phil 2:5...
For three days we were at ____.  The people there received the message with happiness.  Two women namely ____ and ____ had been weeping (and wanted) to talk (to us) to help them getting out of the structure....They testified to us and were happy a home church being opened at their own home, with 8 people praise God.
The Conference pastors are unhappy for the advance of the work...right now they are organizing meetings in many places (for the) spoiling (of) my name by blackening it so that people doesn't go out of the structure.  Right now there is a lot of voices spoken everywhere about me and blackening my name is succeeding a little and right now I am passing into bitter experiences...and I am realizing the pain true followers of Christ faces while on duty and blackening my name it hurts very much and all my prayers is full of weeping (for) Jesus to help me at this difficult time.  But I praise God many people are organizing meetings in their homes calling me to go there and lecture them.
So dear br Bob pray very much for me presenting God's work here before Jesus....God blesses you.
In His service, BN, Uganda.

CORRESPONDENCE FROM OUR FOREIGN WORKERS

FROM KENYA, EAST AFRICA

Dear brother Sessler,
Happy once again to write to you.  May the grace of God and peace of Christ abide in thee forever more, especially as we see that day come when we shall never part again.
We have been busy here up till December.  It is this January that we have had a short break for coming aside to rest a while.  We shall have a workers meeting from ____ through ____ of February to entreat the Lord together.
I believe my other brothers may have by now written you about our December camp meeting.  It was a wonderful one having drawn together five tribes together in these message.  We had a representative from ____, ____, ____, ____, and ____.  We pooled effort with brother ____ who the Lord has assisted greatly lately.  He comes from ____ where we have arranged to have an effort meeting in ____....We hope the Lord will wonderfully work as He has before.  Please, have us in your daily prayers, though sometimes I take a little bit longer to write, have me excused and forgiven.
As I had early told you, we finished translating and typing now two other booklets--The Golden Calf Apostasy and The Will.  However, we have decided to look for a prospective printer to do the work here.  This has been prompted by the daily hiking customs duty at the Post Office.  Previously we used to pay an equivalent of one (US) dollar for a mail bag (of materials and booklets from America) but now it has gone up to four and sometime five dollars.  This has sometimes held in (called) a halt in other things especially when the bags started coming in almost three or four or more in a week.  Consequently we are requesting for your prayers in this regard.  You had suggested that we get our own (printing machine).  But this we found out that it will involve us in other complications as hiring a competent person to run it and running expenses.  Therefore, we felt, if we found an already established printer and we get him to print for us, it would be cheaper and easier.
Secondly, consider the time lag in transit.  I don't know what has happened because when sometime back those bags would arrive in two to three months.  Today it takes as many as eight or more.  I hope our brethren there will understand that time is running out very fast and we are being hedged about on every way.
Lastly, may God bless all your efforts.  I'm looking forward to that (time) when we shall be able to communicate a bit faster, say by phone or fax.  These letters take too long to reach.
     Pass our greetings to all.
P.S. We have to date received all of the boxes you had mentioned...Thanks and may God bless you.
Sincerely in Christ's service, OO, Kenya.

FROM MALAYSIA

Dear Elder Bob,
     2 Peter 1:2
Glory to God and many thanks for His wonderful grace and guidance that allow me to finish this translation of the booklet.  I also appreciate very much your prayers that we may work together to spread the Lord's work far and wide.  Both the translation of the "Everlasting Gospel" and the proof-reading...of "Abomination of Desolation Stands" were finished and I have started the translation of "The Will"....
May the Lord continue to richly bless and guide your Ministry!  You're always in my daily prayers!
Yours in the blessed hope, V., Malaysia.

FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Dear Brother Bob,
Praise God for His loving care and love for everyone of us.  I'm so sorry for it's a long time that I could not write you...
Last December 1998 we have a new place open in ____ City...The workers in Mindanao have a meeting within one week together with our (SDA) brethren in the big church who are willing to know about this message, the last message of mercy.  By the help of God after the meeting eleven souls accept the message and decided to follow Jesus....
Our duty is to preach the gospel and leave the result with God.  But thank God that (sometimes) the result will immediately happen.  Thank God the camp-meeting last December was very successful and twelve souls were baptized.  Our brothers and sisters from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao attend the camp-meeting.  What we thank God most was the unity, that now exist in our midst we believed that this is the result of the gospel order which has been established.  We hope that by God's grace the gospel order will (be) established throughout the whole world that His people will be united in one mind, one faith, one message and one judgment.
I received a copy dated December 3, 1998 signed by our brothers and sisters there in America, that you support our efforts toward gospel order.  Thank you so much for claiming us (as your) brothers and sisters, and you agree with our decision...we (are) your humble brothers and sisters in the Philippines, from the beginning until the Lord come.  You are the only one and your group there in America which we believed and claim as our spiritual brothers, and by God's grace (we) are one with you.  Because we believed that there are many counterfeit reformation (groups), and many of them planted by the General Conference Corp....
Thank you so much for your concern and continual support, (of) our work in the Philippines.
Lastly send our warmest regard to our brothers and sisters in the faith.  It's all our prayers and wish to meet you on that great day of Christ's return.
May God continue to bless your ministry.  Please pray for me.
Always in Christ, AA, Philippines.

(Combination of two letters) Dear Brother Bob,
     (PK 198, 202 quoted)
The work in Luzon especially in ____ was so victorious.  Once again, God has shown that unity, or concerted effort on the part of all will gain more success.  As of now there were already four families (three of these are elders of the group of ____) that join us.  Our young workers are still there because more people are opening their doors to hear this unpopular truth....Again we have seen the manifestation of God's power in this work.  God wants us to know that He is taking the reins in His own hands.  I would like to tell you also that one family in ____ sister ____, who was with ____ Fajardo before (has) decided to join God's fold.  Also another family in ____ formerly with Levi decided also to come back.  What a love, what a tremendous power God has shown to us.  No man can measure the depths of His grace, no lips can explain the heights of His saving care....
Next week we are going to Visayas to assist our workers there, visit our brethren, and to face possible confrontation with SDA ministers.  Please pray also for those four families...who are now with us.  Just yesterday our young workers called me informing that they will have a confrontation with ____...
May God bless us all, and shower us all with the latter rain that the work will not only swell, will not only increase in power, but will be finished in God's own appointed way.
Always in Jesus, RS, Philippines.

FROM TOGO, WEST AFRICA

(Combination of 2 letters) Dear loved friend,
I wish you a prosperous and vigorous year 1999.
Little by little but surely we are approaching the 6th millennium of rebellion of (this) planet.  May be we living today will witness the great apocalyptic events.
We must all give thanks to God because we have the privilege to have a part in this grand work of warning the inhabitants of earth.  But we must be up and doing, for the night, the gloomy night and unending night is (about) upon us, no one knows how close, but it is certain soon....
Let's make the year 1999, the year of greater efforts at purifying our lives of all dross and sins, and the preaching of the last warning call for separation within and outside the church.  May God richly bless your efforts, grant you wisdom and courage to write more on these life saving issues.
I am sending this work of translation in manuscript believing you will see enough to print.  I had a lot of translation done but I have a problem with typing...
I have just returned from a long trip inside the Country, and also to the Northern part of Benin Republic....
I am writing this to ask you to hasten with the printing work on the French booklets.  The work is now receiving great interest from distant places.  I have been receiving letters from Ghana, Nigeria, Benin, to send in booklets.  Also, some of your Newsletters have been translated and need to be photocopied and distributed.  Please remember the photocopying machine I wrote.  I don't want to purchase any second hand machine anymore.
I am planning come next two weeks to take the English booklets to Ghana....The work is now growing.
Yours, SC, Togo.

FROM UGANDA, EAST AFRICA

(Combination of two letters) Dear Elder Sessler,
Greetings from Uganda.  It has been to my greatest joy that most of the booklets sent are safely reaching us.  Elder great has been the blessings of God.  Soon new fields will be entered.  I have news (that) some people under the leadership of ____ have separated...God willing I will try to find and thus give the message in our booklet form and even talk to them.  For the last message of mercy must reach all the peoples then the end will come.
Elder thanks a lot of 3rd successive Newsletter and on 8th-Feb-99 I received the m-bag with tracts.  With holy joy I moved out giving to people around town and the outskirts....
From the Sabbath of ____ I started a plan of video watching 2 times every week for I hire out (have to rent) the machines and some people are borrowing the video tapes...People are greatly inquiring more...
Thanks a lot for your prayers.  The Lord has delivered from the jaws of sin in a way that is uncommon to men.  Blessed be the name of Jesus....
The work in Uganda is reaching to great awareness and with increasing time the Lord is going to harvest so many souls.  I have done my part of notifying and warning those whom I have come into contact and if it is the Lord's planting nothing will stop its progress....The response to the booklets is good, wonderful more people are requesting to know more and whether these things are so....
The message (of separation) is gaining momentum from the information gathered.  The leaders (SDA) this side are secretly studying these booklets, some have been overheard saying, "We know the church was sold to the papacy, but we will still work in it."  But I know and believe God is doing a work in our day that very few will believe.
On the Sabbath of 13th-Feb-99 a brother by names of ____, he works as the Youth Leader ____; he asked, are these things so Brother?  I challenged him to find out...but the signs around us speak more vivid. eg. On 29th-March-1998 the president of Uganda Union worked in (the) Kings palace for it was a Sabbath day, taking lightly the Lord's Sabbath....
We are 7 adults and 5 children that gather in my place, but number goes up in the afternoon, some street boys visit us and some members from the SDA church.  For in the evenings we watch some message Tapes, that is on the Sabbaths.
Lastly I am greatly indebted to you for total separation and the brothers and sisters that I worship with.  Elder if this is the only part I was divinely called to, I thank God for using me and I thank you for assisting me (to) reach out to the people and the messages that God revealed to (us) in the booklets for I would not have known the deep apostasy in the SDA (church) save through your booklets.  2 Thess 3:13.
P.S. For I have made a lot of photocopying and I am ready to move out to refugee camps, Elder your prayers for my protection and (for) God to manifest Himself and His saving grace....Thanks.
I am yours in Christ Jesus, KI, Uganda.

FROM ZAMBIA, CENTRAL AFRICA

(Combination of 2 letters) Dear Elder Bob,
Greetings from the Brethren.  The Almighty God is with us in all our work here.  Please how are you there?
I want to praise God for the protection and guidance being provided for my family and I.  Its not easy to take this message....
In the first and second weeks (of last month) Bro ____ and I have been busy distributing, conducting Bible studies and especially giving Video shows.  The newly Video tape, Bible History of Separation has been the most controversial message to the SDA.  Praise God because this SDA Elder and his family (which we have been studying with and who started home church) have been more grounded by this tape.  Moreover, another brother from the ____ Ministry has been convinced with this truth.
Elder Bob it has been NOT easy especially in this month because its like many SDA people have now discovered the source of this messages and have really been coming to me (and) others with the aim of wanting to know the truth and others just (wanting) to find faults.
Alternatively, in the third and fourth weeks I was the most busy man because I had to travel to two of the districts of the copper belt province...for some Bible studies and video shows.  This Home Church in ____ required for video shows.  There it was nice because we had spent more time in searching the Scriptures....
Many people including our SDA people do not know the truth and to make the matters worse the message being preached by these leaders of these (SDA) churches are not the required messages as at now....It really troubles my mind and do cry to my Lord for these who are just hearing from these Dumb dogs watchmen (Isaiah 56:10), many people are not preparing to meet Jesus.  They cannot search on their own.
Please I want to thank you for the light you have sent to Zambia in this year.  My great prayer is that God may sustain your life and bless your Ministry so that you continue with the same spirit in the coming year....
I thank you my God for Psalms 125:1&2 and for His power...I have come to prove His powers of protection.
In the first and second week of this month the video show programmes continued and Bible studies at my home and outside.  Due to the high demand by our SDA and non SDA's a great opposition and questions came out from some SDA church members.
Others came to my landlord of the house I am renting to tell him that my family and I are the troublers of Israel and are the ones who preach about the Catholic Church as being Babylon and that (the) Pope is the Antichrist.  Despite the landlord being Catholic members, they took their time by comparing my family's beliefs and these SDA's who refused (to) being the preachers of the three angels' messages.  Though there was this issue going on, I continued receiving calls from many SDA people again due to some big issues that have risen in SDA Church of ordaining women to be elders and pastors...Church Elders came from the Refuge Camp area for V. tapes and Bible studies.  Praise God Br ____ and I were able to give Biblical and Spirit of Prophecy answers.  I want to thank you for the booklets you sent because through these we have learnt a lot.
I want to praise God for the work which was done in the third and fourth weeks.  In these weeks, I had a lot of calls.  Now I want to give a testimony on what had taken place in one of these trips.  Some brethrens at one SDA Company arranged for me to come to collect me on Friday for V. shows and Bible Studies.  On a Sabbath morning I thought of remaining at the home for my personal studies in fullest preparations for the afternoon programme, but instead I was invited to attend the morning programme too.  I was allowed to participate in Sabbath School lessons, but guess what Elder, I was also told to preach at the main service despite them being told not to allow independent ministers to do any work in the church.  Truly I had to ascend the pulpit for an hour, (and) after this they still wanted me to continue preaching but time could not allow, instead everyone was told to be ready for the afternoon programme.  When time came for this programme almost 55 people were in the sitting room of the V. show/Bible study venue.  After this programmes Elders of this company (SDA) Church told me to visit them again.  Many questions came out about where the SDA leaders are leading the people any more.  Praise God at least all were answered for them.
On the following Sunday another Elder of the nearest church for the same area called me for the same programme were I had to leave the place around 23:00 hours midnight.  Henceforth, a lot is going here....
Elder Bob, I want to let you know that really the field is big for this separation message.  And it is really needs total sacrifice for this work to be done.  Due to some little betraying going on in some areas by the Church in conjunction with the State, I may not be visiting some places twice as stated by (Matt 10:16-40)....
Please may God bless you abundantly.
Isaiah 8:20, S.M., Zambia.
